I had a nice stay at this motel. The room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfy. The staff was kind and helpful. Good place for a short stay. The price was good. I would stay here again.
I was recently stranded in Roanoke with my 8 year old granddaughter. I made a reservation. I am disabled and when I got to the hotel I was going to take whatever I could, my original room was upstairs and when check in lady seen my cane she gave me a bigger room on ground floor at no extra charge. The hotel is clean, quiet and beds are very comfortable with all the amenities, coffee pot, fridge, microwave big screen tv. My only thing that I did not like was the gap in the curtains . I don't understand why most hotels have gaps for anyone walking by can see into your room! I did a little fix it with one of the hangers so my granddaughter felt safe. That is only complaint. The breakfast was simple but nice that I didn't have to figure out anything for us to eat. If you want a quiet clean place to stay I recommend staying here. Thank you Econo Lodge for making our stay better
This may not be the fanciest hotel, but it is very cost effective for the area. Right near everything, including the bus line. The staff are fantastic. I booked for a friend from afar and it was very easy and they allowed for a late checkout with no issues.
Staff is very friendly, though when told my room was ready, the cleaning people did not have my room or other rooms cleaned and ready at that time which was around 1:30pm. Management did check in person and got things taken care of very quickly though
Awesome Staff and Cleanest place to stay in town. Watch some Rick and Morty or use the free wifi to chill to some Midnight Gospel and unwind.
I had a truly amazing experience at this hotel for my budget stay as a university student. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, and the room was comfortable, safe, and hygienic. I would definitely recommend a stay like this. All the things are in working condition especially Wifi on high speed.
So grateful for the kindness of the staff! The rooms were clean and the water was nice and hot! It was relaxing and quiet. Right off the highway and easy to get to. Thank you for a great time!
Daman and the hotel matriarch were both amazing. My room was so clean and had all the basics. I have coffee and cream in my room, hair dryer, lotion, shampoo, conditioner fridge and microwave. You are allowed to take your breakfast to your room( though breakfast is the basic bread, jam, butter cereal, buns coffee and cream). Security is tight. Great service experience for a small family hotel and the price I paid.
